2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Redistribute summaries as your own original content at scale
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

3. Free and paid plans

Free users receive up to 3 summaries per day. Pro subscribers get unlimited access and additional features. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Content ownership

The original video content belongs to the respective creators. Summaries generated by Vydcut are provided for personal informational use. We do not claim ownership of the underlying video content.

5. Disclaimer

Summaries are AI-generated and may not perfectly capture every nuance of the original video. Vydcut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our summaries.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your stored data.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
