7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase. If you're not satisfied with Vydcut Pro for any reason, contact us and we'll process your refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@vydcut.com with your account email address. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, you may cancel but no partial refund will be issued. You'll retain access for the remainder of your annual billing period.
Free Trial
If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is needed as no payment was collected.
